In the summer of 2021, with the help of our good friend Sarah Roland at Bayou Sarah Farms, we began purchasing several cows and a bull to begin our herd.  Our plans are to eventually make fresh water buffalo mozzarella and burrata.  Right now they are just smart and inquisitive pasture art.  Stay tuned.
